🌟 I’m a passionate instructor and data professional with nearly 10 years of teaching experience and over four years of hands-on expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning. My skill set includes Python, SQL, AI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools like BigQuery and Vertex AI, Data Visualization with Looker and Power BI and technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
Throughout my career, I’ve successfully combined technical proficiency with leadership and teaching. As a Data Scientist in consulting roles, I contributed to projects across industries such as education, media, and startups. And for that, I used Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to develop impactful solutions.
Currently, I am teaching data analysis for Suzano’s team in Brazil, the USA, China and Austria - Suzano being one of the largest producers of paper and cellulose —utilizing Google Cloud Platform to improve their data capabilities.
I’m doing a postgraduate degree in MLOps, gaining advanced knowledge in deploying and managing machine learning models. Additionally, I recently had taken an Artificial Intelligence course at LaSalle College in Montreal, improving my technical skills while enhancing my proficiency in both English and French.
Beyond algorithms and code, I am equally passionate about community and mentorship. As an Ambassador for Women Techmakers and Alura Stars, I am dedicated to empowering more women in tech and fostering a diverse, inclusive community. Currently, I am managing a podcast initiative for Women Techmakers Montreal, as well as leading Women Make Tech, which focuses on delivering technical tutorials.
